Wines we Serve, but haven't made the Menu.

Backhouse Chardonnay - Our Chardonnay is golden in color with flavors of tropical fruits on the palate. Crisp and clean, this wine can be enjoyed with lighter fare such as fish and poultry dishes or as an aperitif.

Backhouse Pinot Noir - The Backhouse Pinot Noir is ruby red in color with ripe cherry and berry flavors. Soft and elegant, this wine can be enjoyed with wild game dishes and roast meats.

Opus One - Aromas of blackberry, rose petals, chocolate and espresso accentuate fruity and earthy nuances.  Round velvety tannins enrobe a silky texture with a touch of minerality.  The flavors of dark fruit are enhanced by the well integrated acidity.  The acidity and tannin structure promise a very long life ahead.

Caymus Special Select - Caymus Special Selection remains one of the top producers of the supple side of the style range in Napa. The wine is polished, soft and elegant. But it's not light. It's packed with spicy black and red berries, vanilla, smoke, caramel and blackberries and ends with a long, pure, silky finish.

Ravenswood Old Vine Zinfandel - Begins with pleasant aromas of black cherry, cola, a little licorice and cedar. The wine tastes super ripe and rich -- I absolutely love it! There's plenty of dark fruit like black cherry, plum and blackberry combined with a big load of spice and a hint of cocoa. The medium-long finish made me pucker a bit. An excellent example of the type of big, rich Zinfandel that is so popular right now.

Wall Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon - This bold, full-bodied Cabernet wraps classic Napa structure--rich blackberry fruit, chunky tannins and sweet tobacco smoke--into a juicy, sophisticated package of wonderful depth. Smoke and yet more mocha flavors round out this complete, balanced wine.

St. Innocent Chardonnay, Willamette Valley Oregon '11
Made from Chardonnay clones from Burgundy. These clones ripen much earlier, achieving optimal ripeness in Oregon's cool climate. Whole cluster pressed, settled overnight, and barrel fermented in French oak barrels.
The style is similar to white Burgundy with an emphasis on balanced ripeness, complexity, texture, and acidity.

Klinker Brick "Old Vine" Zinfandel, CA '10
Klinker Brick Old Vine Zinfandel begins with a very pleasant aroma of black raspberry and other
dark fruits, mint, and spice. Tasting the wine reveals remarkably little heat considering the 15.8% alcohol. The wine is smooth and soft with lots of rich dark fruit and spice. It's frankl  quite fun to drink with lots of rich flavors, vanilla and caramel. Some oaky notes flow into the long finish. Very nice!
Snoqualmie "Reserve" Syrah, Washington State '07
Ripe black fruit aromas mingle with herbal, smoky tones on the nose. The palate shows black plum and fig fruit characters with subtle oak nuances and a luscious, soft tannin finish.

Marqués de Riscal "Reserva" Tempranillo, Spain '07
Cherry-red colour with good robe. Spicy, balsamic aromas of great complexity, with notes of ripe
dark berries and light toasted nuances. On the palate it is full and tasty, with good structure and
rounded, elegant tannins. The finish is long and fresh, with a slight reminder of the fine oak.

La Tarasque Cote Du Rhone '10
Perfectly balanced with concentrated black fruits of braised plum, black currant and black cherry. Caramel, ground French roast coffee beans, and a hint of toasty vanilla round out the flavors.

Chateau Lacombes de Noaillac Bordeaux, France '09
